Men of Name, Fame, Recognition
bear our cross, be hated, be persecuted, and suffer
God is in charge and not a man king... no not the Nephilim who are the tyrant, bully, kings. These are the men of name (character, authority).
In this verse, renown means men of name (Shem);
There were giants (Nephilim) in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown (Shem/name). [Gen 6:4]
Giant is Tyrant or Bully or King. Ask yourself this question: Is there any King beside Jesus Christ? So when the bible says;
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. [Heb 13:17]
Does that mean that we just follow, obey, submit, and bow down to just any old thing? NO NOT AT ALL. AN ATTEMPT TO USE THIS VERSE IN A TYRANNICAL FASHION IS AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY.
As it is written in these verses;
But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them. But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. [Mar 10:42-44]
So the men of name (character, authority) are the ones who are exercising authority. They are the ones who lord over people as men of reputation; as it is stated in this verse;
Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. [1Pe 5:3]
Noah said here;
And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. [Gen 9:26]
"Shem" is the same word that is used in Gen 6:4 for "renown" and is also used here for "name;"
And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. [Gen 11:4]
These worldly leaders are using corruption of THE NAME to CONTROL YOU!!! Denomination means to name completely. So they are baptizing you in THEIR NAME.
Shem is the Hebrew synonym for "Onoma" in the Greek. IT MEANS NAME: CHARACTER OR AUTHORITY.
If it looks like a tyrant, acts like a tyrant, it is probably a tyrant. So how do they baptize you in their name.
Well here is how they control you...your thoughts...your actions...and most important to them....YOUR MONEY;
Flattering Titles
Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away. [Job 32:21&22]
Speaking fair words;
For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though they speak fair words unto thee. [Jer 12:6]
Epicurean Philosophy (self and pleasure) that is belly (as in the key to a man's heart is his belly). Food and entertainment;
For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. [Rom 16:18]
How should we speak? What was Moses and Paul's speech like? Well it says in these verses;
Moses;
And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. [Exo 4:10]
Elihu as he rebukes Job for self rightousness;
So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes. Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God. Also against his three friends was his wrath kindled, because they had found no answer, and yet had condemned Job. Now Elihu had waited till Job had spoken, because they were elder than he. When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, then his wrath was kindled. And Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite answered and said, I am young, and ye are very old; wherefore I was afraid, and durst not shew you mine opinion. I said, Days should speak, and multitude of years should teach wisdom. But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment. Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion. Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say. Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words: Lest ye should say, We have found out wisdom: God thrusteth him down, not man. Now he hath not directed his words against me: neither will I answer him with your speeches. They were amazed, they answered no more: they left off speaking. When I had waited, (for they spake not, but stood still, and answered no more;) I said, I will answer also my part, I also will shew mine opinion.For I am full of matter, the spirit within me constraineth me. Behold, my belly is as wine which hath no vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles. I will speak, that I may be refreshed: I will open my lips and answer. Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away. [Job 32:1-22]
Jeremiah;
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. [Jer 1:6]
Paul;
But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things. [2 Cor 11:6]
Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech: [2 Cor 3:12]
We are not supposes to lord over (Nephilim) people with smooth, convincing, sensationalized, modernized, sophistry, hermetical, fancy smancy, hog-wash. That is the popularity contest. Remember those at school, on the job, or at "church?"
Nope..... lose it all that you may win Christ. Count the cost....
that is what it means in 1 cor 1-3;
Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. [1 Cor 1:20 & 22]
Paul says... Who is Paul? and who is Apollos?
For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect. [1 Cor 1:17]
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men [1 Co 3:19-21]
Paul and Apollos were not rulers. As these verses state;
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. [Mat 28:19&20]
Not baptize in your own name (character or authority). NOT WATER! Baptism is in THE NAME has nothing to do with WATER.
And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the LORD shall rule over you. [Jdg 8:23]
But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD. And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them. [1 Sam 8:6&7]
Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king. [1 Sam 12:17]
O Israel, thou hast destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help. I will be thy king: where is any other that may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of whom thou saidst, Give me a king and princes?
I gave thee a king in mine anger, and took him away in my wrath. [Hosea 13: 9-11]
It was wickedness to ask for a king; because God is king, as stated in this verse;
And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the LORD your God was your king. [1Sa 12:12]
We as a collective rule inside of God's kingdom. We each have a part in God's plan. We all function together as a living body. Christ as the head. Thank you for your time!
